Hay has any one tryed stickbaiting off the beach on matakana island im gona give it a go tomorrow morning.Any ideas on where to go would be very helpfull thanks.Thumbs Up

Heaps of kahawai and rat kingies rounding up white bait off punipuni point and cutter channel yesterday on the incoming. No kings interested in surface pops and sticks. Got a few rats on soft baits and a few half decent models outside entrance, on jigs thou didn't seem to be into the stick baits. 
 
I know of a few guys who do well livebaiting around by wharf corner, worth a go.

cherz.Iwas over there this morning and got a 12kg kingy on stickbait.
Im going to give it anouther go tomorrow morning again.
