Last couple of trips in the Rangi channel have been disappointing - just wondering how the fishing is in the Motuihe channel? I have a 4.6m tinny and launch from Browns Bay, so becomes an extended trip to get there - is it worth the extra travel time and effort? This weekend looks good weather wise for the extra distance.
