using baking paper (not foil) cut a sheet for each fillet.

place fillet on paper.

add 1 teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce. spread over fillet.

fresh basil. (or corriander)

lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon.

salt/pepper.

fold paper into a parcel.

bake in oven. do not over cook.

enjoy... This is my favourite recipe as it is too easy and quick.
