Hi, looking for small quality LD reel for strayling, I have the star drags covered. TLD15 is a bit big for what I need and while
the talica 8 is ideal size, $500 is a little too many $ for what it
will be used for.

Thoughts would be appreciated.

Penn Fathom 12 or 15 Top Catch will sort you one...
10kg of drag excellent drags. I use them for straylining, light jigging whatever...
