lost a few jigs to coutas the other day, was wondering if anyone uses the AG chain knot for slow pitch? thought it might change the fall of the jig, but give a bit more resistance to the razor gang?

Hey Ben not sure how much difference chain knot makes. I've lost a shed load of metal while mechanical jigging and always use again chain for that.
Tight lines

Maybe some sort of clip for the jig? Might be just enough to save a few at least.

I always tie AG chain knot when slow pitching or mechanical jigging, such a strong knot and helps when toothy critters are around
