Has anyone had a go with the kabura sliding jigs? I bought a couple to try and was wondering how well they go.

Cheers

They catch a lot of fish, generally smaller than other lures but when the fishing is tough they are my go to lure.

I got this fish on one last week, it went 5.5kg.

I use jitterbug style lures for most of my fishing. Have caught a few fish on sliders, but prefer jitterbugs because they can be clipped on/off very quickly for weight/colour changes and motoring.

I normally have one sitting in the rod holder, just dragging it while I am actively fishing a softbait. It is surprising how often Roddy Rodholder catches Snapper and Gurnard in particular. (I get mine from Kaveman Tackle for $8 or $10)
