I have just picked my self up a shimano triton mark 3 its In really good condition and everything works perfectly it has a 5/1 gear ratio and I was wondering if any one has ever used one? or whats the biggest fish been caught on one?

I used one many many moons ago for mechanical jigging, I only used it the once.
The drags are a felt material and didnt squeeze out enough stopping power for where I was fishing. They dont have an instant anti reverse so theres  lots of handle back play, as well as the handle being a tad short for applying lots of torque.
 Great reels for straylining snapper.
