Gidday, three of us are looking at spending 3-4 days fishing on milford sound.

It's somewhere I have wanted to go for a long time and finally have a long weekend coming up where we can do a wee trip.

I haven't been able to find much reports on anyone else thats done much similar.

Any thoughts, tips, advice or yarns would be appreciated!

Tim Taylor from the mount has fished here before or try Rosscos kayaks in Te Anauvthey should be able to answer your questions

It looks like the northern side is a reserve, and no cod fishing allowed in a lot of the rest of the inner part of the sound.
