I'm thinking of getting one but have heard the drag can get a bit sticky around 9-10kg
Has anyone found adding carbontex or greasing washers have helped.
Just buying ro see if I like spin or not as jigging overhead mostly. And not ready to buy stella/saltiga until I decided I love it

The Saragosa already have cross carbon drag washers so no benefits from carbontex there. Ive given mine a VERY light greasing - smooth to about 13kgs but still a little lumpy at 14 and 15.

I spoke in private with Alan Hawk about a reel, and at the end we both agreed that the best option, in accordance to what I want to put my reel to go through, would be the Saragosa 10000SW. He from the beginning advice me to go for the saragosa...Wink
