Anybody had a good look at the new Ocea Jigger?
Looks pretty cool and at 10kgs of drag it should be a nice match with the lighter setups.

At the moment I am trying to toss up between this or a JM pe3 for my JM 100-220gram

I personally use  the 2000NRHG model for slow pitch jigging, really nice bit of kit but quite big and well  over $500 and also have a maxel F30CH( essentialy a JM PE2.5- 3) awesome reel with 20kg of drag for either slow jigging or light jig setup and well under $500
Cheaper option is the Poseidon 200R or 300R, (look very similar to the accurate 270) I Can supply these for around $370)
Plenty of options around atm

Oh i like the look of the ratio on that Shimano 5.1:1 Nice.

Fisho Cam if your tossing up between the Shimano or the JM pe3 i would suggest looking into the 5.3:1 ratio (from memory). Had a wee play with them and very nice. I would assume the live retrieve is pretty similar so comparing them would be on the same par.

I had a play with one in singapore cool little reels. Very similar looking to the trinis. I looked at the 1500 and 2000 models both had about 7kg of drag.

Imo go the jm monster game pe3 they are a absolute monster of a little reel. 5 3 to 1 ratio

You may hear from me at some point Kaveman... Look like a solid pice of kit for that price.

Grabbed a pe3 for now as itl end up on 250gram rod I have and eventually look for more bling for the lighter stuff

Should have gone with an accurate if your wanting to spend that much coin...
You have the choice of ratio and bling from new...and a reel that will last.
Now you in essence have a maxel.
