Yesterday done this very quick smoke.
Inspired by this video.

It turn up great.
Word of advice; wrapping the sausage with cold bacon is much easier, and then let-it come to room temperature.

Do look nice,found some fish buried in the freezer.Green Thai curry tonight. Fish must 4 months old,forgot about looking under the bin.Bugger.
