....No serious .....they always are facing up like that but it wouldnt stop you from turning it down if you felt like it.....Its a fair question.....the upper part of the mouth usually has a bigger surface area doesnt it?.....with the tail, hooking hanging down and the point/barb away could that effect the hook up rate?...maybe knock the hook away on the strike? To be honest....never really thought of that before.
