Fellas... Looking for a new sticky rod to suit a Stella 10 thou. Not interested in spending another 1200 was hoping for something around half that, is there anything in this price bracket? or should I wait for something to come up second hand??

Don't have any preferences as I'm hardly a seasoned stick bait pro. Line weight 80lb and will be mostly used for kings and the odd tropics trip

daveo, have you had a bend of the JM Surface Assasin 8'3", great rod and value for money we have been using them on the Yellowfin and on the Kingis when home, might be another option and the Stella 10000 is a great match.
