Yesterday i had Rory (leagacy on here) and John from yeehaa on board to spend a day out casting for kingfish. things started off pretty slow but the guys still managed to nab a few fish, Rory busted off a nice one and lsot his new shiny Hammerhead lure but lucky for him we found it flosting along the surface a short time later.
Later in the day we had a pretty hot bit and the guys nailed a heap of nice fish on hammerhead, falcon, killer and carpenter lures.
John got a heap of pics so i am sure he will add some in somewhere. But heres one of the boys loaded up on a double hookup.

John boy is too busy making couple of custom soft bay rods. so I am putting some of the photos for him. and he will put up a report soon after he is free.
Total over 30 king fish was landed for the day and John lost my Felcon stick bait at the end of the trip.
so if you see one floating on the surface please post it back to me ... hahaha LOL

The MC works rods were pretty impressive, not too harsh on the angler and able to put plenty of hurt on the fish.
