This is a link that demonstrates effective stickbait technique with the rod and also some great footage of the Gamma swimming that I could watch all day long - too good not to share.
Anyone who has watched kingis chase Mac's,squid and particularly flying fish will appreciate the likeness of a fleeing baitfish.

These ones BA are the first shipment that Ginga bought in 240mm long and 140g in weight.I have a couple now and also lost one Cry,the others I have are bluefish which are the same manufacturer but a different style 200mm long and 100g.I have not swum those yet,but was tempted to go practise down in the Harbour.
Casting with new gear,braid etc is easily 50m and most of the time 60-70 with some guys further.

Pretty cool clip, he makes it look easy but they do take a bit of working to get to swim like that.
Once you have them swimming correctly they look good enough to jump in the water and eat yourself.

GT gamma is one of the best stick bait on the market and catchs hugh fish include GT,King fish, Sail fish, Mahi mahi,Tuna and Marlin.
For the guys who live in auckland area, we have the full carpenter lure  DVD play in store all day long. The DVD shows most the techniques Mr. Konishi uses on the different Carpenter stick bait and poppers.
If you are interested in have a watch during lunch breaks for after work, most welcome. I bet you learn heaps more.
