Baked snapper fillets
I have recently introduced lindy to baked snapper fillets and she says its the shizz, and it only takes 15.
even bushie can cook this
get a dish that the fish will fit into nicely, a medium sized lasagne dish is what i use.
butter the bottom to the dish, grind pepper and salt in the dish and slap in the fish.....grab the trusty tuscan seasoning sprinkle the desired amount on and throw in some garlic but not too much as itll kill the herb flavour, a couple more chunks of butter and sprinkle with cheese.
cover with tin foil and bake for fifteen or until cooked
easy blinnking peasy
We eagerly look forward to your next series of recipes for the babes under 12 months.
(Even some that can be prepared quickly in the middle of the night.)
