Despite the dropping air temperatures, this is a great time to be on the water fishing, you can feel like you have the whole lake.

And I still believe that the topwater lure would work well though the summer is gone. The popping one from my Runcl frog tackle box still got some good topwater bites last week.

What topwater lures will you keep in the winter months?

Haven't tried frog lures but a seagull style stickbait might be the one for GTs .
