Hi All,

We have had someone pull out of our trip to the Three Kings aboard Cova Rose (run by Enchanter) on 1st - 5th March this year.

We need to be at Mangonui wharf on the evening of 29th Feb.

The cost is $2,800 per person which includes all meals.

At the moment I'm just drawing up a shortlist. We are waiting to hear back from a couple of mates who may potentially be keen but if that falls through there is a space open. Given that the trip is only 8 weeks away we will make a decision by end January.

A $1500 deposit would be required to secure the spot after end January, with the balance payable the week before the trip. The deposit is non returnable if you pull out unless we manage to find a last minute replacement, which gets difficult the closer to the trip we get.

There will be 6 anglers on board.

We done this trip in 2014 and it was awesome. The skipper is pretty young and very keen, so goes the extra mile.

Given the exciting start to the game season I'd be optimistic of managing to get into some game fish as well as our primary target of XOS kingfish and some bottom fish.

Must be a GC with a sense of humour and decent interpersonal skills. No delicate flowers, complainers or people with a stink attitude.

We have a good bunch of boys going and will fish as hard and as long as we can.

Must have own gear or be willing to organise own gear. Enchanter may be able to help but that will be up to you to arrange.

We all have a fair bit of gear that we don't mind sharing around within reason when we're on the trip but we're not providing the gear to someone to get on the boat in the first place.

I've added some pics from the last trip we done just in case anyone is on the fence. That was in May so I expect that with this trip being even earlier, the kingfish fishing will be even better. Last year on our last day we jigged 119 kings between 4 of us - in one day. If keen drop me a PM.
