Has anyone used these for surface stickbaits? I'm looking for a cross over rod to pop 120g poppers and swim 150g and over stickbaits properly. I'm after a ripple fisher as have a carpenter blc80/35 already a want to give ripple a try. Will be used mostly for GT and sometimes kingfish.
Thanks

The new F-Stick GT80 Nano would probably be a better choice than the two listed. It is a new version of the GT79R.

"Previous 79Reversal have been refined as GT80 with Nano carbon material. You will be able to feel the characteristic of Nano carbon material most in F-Stick series. It have become lighter, stronger, and finer than ever while implementing ability of distance cast. Easy to manipulate diving pencil or popper with small medium cup face at your will to catch large GT. When it will be bent more and more, huge power will be loaded to blanks with smooth bending carve."

Cheers for that, the gt80 or the Ultimo 710 nano will probably be the one I get. After info on the other 2 rods still as if they do/don't do what I want with the lure stated will help my choice. Also don't think anyone has put the new models into action on the water yet. ( apart from ripple them selfs).
