Personally I think mods should get massive, inflation linked, tax free pay rises :-)
If we have to pick colours, mine are green and purple.... My lime green Lycra body suit and my purple cape are well known in superhero circles :-)
Edit..... That was a poor choice of words....a pay rise only works if you get pay in the first place. Bugger. So instead, I think a non voluntary levy raised on all fnet members to be given to....well, me, as it is my idea after all, would possibly suit. But honestly, no more than three or four grand. A week. Five, tops.
