Looking at making a 7'4-7'6 rod for use with throwing poppers and skipbaits of the rocks and boat.

Wondering if theres a  good blank to go with?. See Kilwell has some, it will be matched to 10,000 reel any ideas?

Have you checked out CTS blanks? There's a pretty wide range on their website. I'm no rod builder but have heard good things.
