caught a 18.5kg blue nose  in n.s.w  sth coast  aussie   the other day and looking for some recipies  if  anyone had a favorite?

good stuff alby...the nicest way i have ever had fresh bluesnouts was suprisingly in batter from the local fish and chip shop...cut the fish into 2bite size peices and deep fry, sprinkle with salt and pepper...blue nose is so versatile you should be able to cook it anyway...its my second fave fish to eat,,,yumm yumm
