In the midst of our winter - and lockdown for Aucklanders - it's pretty cool to watch this footage of guys catching GTs at the Gt Barrier Reef.
Drones have transformed that kind of fishing, and the resulting stuff these guys put on their YouTube channels.

Huge bait fish schools; sight fishing the GTs from the drone; 100km offshore in a 5m boat!

Featuring a straight-out-of-the-box Nomad Riptide stickbait and a Kiwi-made OTL popper.

Those guys 'Pelagic Pursuit' put some great vids up.  Well worth watching.

For sure. Some of their lake barra top water stuff is incredible as well as the salt water stuff. Now that the main guy has gone full time on YouTube, I think the channel will explode. The production quality is definitely among the best out there.
