BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN
            4kg chicken
            1 cup melted butter
            1 cup stuffing
            1 cup uncooked popcorn
            Salt/pepper to taste!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven...............Listen for the popping sounds. When the chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it is done.

Sounds good Jo.   Might try it with a yellow dot squash ball rammed in first--Just for a bit of ooomph!

Open plan living has it's draw backs, especially when the dining table's down the other end

Is this for real?
Three-fourths of the Earth's surface is water, and one-fourth is land. It is quite clear that the good Lord intended us to spend triple the amount of time fishing as taking care of the lawn.

Beer can chicken on a covered BBQ is good. While the cavity is a little abused, its never airborne. F.T.

Just reminded me, I need to clean out our oven. Not a good sign when you're cooking chicken and it comes out smelling like lamb roast.

I found a recipe for smoking chicken in your oven the other day. Sawdust and everything. Could be interesting.
Keep knockin', nobody's home.
