West Coast Wahoo

Congratulations to Marshall Jackson on his 26.4kg west coast wahoo - what is believed to be the first for this side of the island.

Marshall was fishing with dad Peter in the Westcoaster One Base aboard C-Crazy.

A wahoo catch was not unexpected given the high water temperatures this season. Who is going to get the first sailfish?

For more on Marshall's great catch check out the April edition of NZ Fishing News.
