Tesoro star-drag reels

Okuma’s Tesoro star-drag reels feature frames, side plates and spools from machined aluminium, as well as Okuma’s Mechanical Stabilizing System for a zero-flex platform to keep all key components aligned. With self-lubricating, stainless steel helicalcut gearing, and multi-disc Carbonite drag system bathed in Cal’s drag grease, this reel runs silent and smooth. Both sizes, 5 and 10, contain five corrosion-resistant bearings that are bathed in TSI oil for the ultimate in free spool. The Carbonite drag system outputs a fish-stopping 10kg of drag. Both sizes of the Tesoro feature a highspeed 6.2:1 gear ratio, and 46-inches (117cm) of line retrieval per turn of the handle.
