Go for the records with Sunline Blue Horizon IGFA class game line.
Manufactured by Sunline in Japan to I.G.F.A. line class standards, Sunline are one of only a few fishing line companies that actually manufacture their fishing lines in their own factory, to keep complete control over the process and the quality of their line.
This line features Sunline’s exclusive SRP surface resin processing technology for absolute minimum salt water absorption so you line will stay like new for longer. If salt water is absorbed into your line, the water evaporates leaving salt crystals inside your line. This makes your line appear “milky” and weakens the structure of the monofilament. It also has built in UV-R inhibitors to block damage caused by the sun’s harsh rays which is a real problem in the New Zealand climate. This line is very soft and supple making it very easy to knot and retains very high knot strength.
Stretch is approx 20%, so this line absorbs shock very well, making it better for novice anglers and better for top shotting onto Dacron or braid, when compared to low stretch mono.
Available in 15kg, 24kg, 37kg and 60kg IGFA line classes. Colour; Fluoro Orange
