Shimano's Speedmaster LD II
The Speedmaster LD II is a new addition to Shimano’s conventional lever-drag lineup. The LD II is a durable, castable two-speed lever drag reel, perfect for fishing either mono or braid when slow trolling live baits, or deep-dropping baits. In the hand, the new Speedmaster LD II feels tough, yet has the finesse in operation often found in smaller reels. Gear ratios are 5.7:1 and 3:1 and the reel is available in 12 and 16 sizes.
