Shimano’s new Vanquish sets a benchmark in fishing reels and is the flagship of lightweight finesse reels in their range. Not only is the Vanquish the lightest reel produced by Shimano. It has extremely low inertia and high sensitivity to comply with the demands of the modern angler.
The C3000 model features a gear ratio of 5.3:1 and a maximum drag of 9.0kg. Line capacity is 200m of PE2 with an amazing 11+1 bearing count. The 4000 XG model has 6.2:1 gearing, 11kg max drag output, a spool capacity of 240m of PE2 line and 11+1 bearings.
