Shimano Tranx 300
The Shimano Tranx 300 is the next level in saltwaterproofed baitcasting reels. The CoreProtect concept means the Tranx range has greatly improved water resistance whilst still maintaining a ‘free’ feel when winding. Ideally suited to most baitcasting applications – including soft-baiting, light jigging and casting small- and medium-sized stick-baits – Shimano Tranx baitcaster reels are ergonomic in the hand, pack more than enough drag (a maximum of 10kg), and are built on solid engineering principles.
