Shimano Game Engetsu rods are designed for inshore jigging and have been constructed to handle a wide range of lures, from as light as 40g all the way up to 200g. With power and lift as attributes, anglers can fish deeper, as well as in areas of high current flow, where big snapper and kingfish often reside. The quality Fuji guides on the Shimano Game Engetsu rods are spiral wrapped around the blank to eliminate rod twist under load, and the ‘Nibble Tip’ provides super-sensitivity that will detect the lightest take. These two-piece rods separate above the foregrip.
Two models are available: a 6’10” (2.08m) rod rated for PE 1.5 line and 45-200g lures, and a 7’ (2.13m) rod rated for PE 1.5 line and 40-130g lures. Available through Shimano retailers nationwide.
