Rigid Inflatable Tank

The Easy Tank is the world’s first Rigid Inflatable Tank. Because it goes in “flat” and is then inflated, the Easy Tank is able to fit into spaces where a normal tank just could not fit. This means the Easy Tank has all the advantages of a rigid tank but can be placed in an empty space virtually anywhere on board, no matter how inaccessible.

This combination makes the Easy Tank ideal for retrofitting in boats and recreational vehicles, as there is no need for costly dismantling and rebuilding.

To install an Easy Tank only a small opening in the floor or panelling is required. The rolled up or folded flat connection cover, complete with an air valve and special UV light bulb, is then inserted into the selected space.

Once the Easy Tank is in place, it is inflated. It then expands to efficiently fill all of the available space. The UV light then causes the skin of the tank to harden, creating a rigid outer tank. A flexible, food quality, inner liner is then inserted, the temporary cover (with the UV light) is replaced with a permanent cover and the connections and gauge sender are then attached to this new cover.

The Easy Tank is available in both drinking water and waste water versions and comes in three sizes: 56, 100 and 150 litres.
