New SHARKWAVE fly line casts better, the tip floats higher, and it will improve your fly fishing experience. SA created this new fly line with a three color functional design, and two different fly line textures separated by an un-textured, smooth section that helps distinguish the demarcation between the line belly and running line.

The front Sharkskin texture floats higher and feels slightly abrasive on the fingers. The rear Mastery textured line finish comes very close to the performance of pure Sharkskin, but is easy on the hands to give you the best of both worlds.

The Sharkskin front taper ranges from about 8 ft on the WF5 to about 11 ft on the WF8 line and overall line length is 100ft. SHARKWAVE Ultimate Trout fly lines are suitable for all waters and conditions. For stiffer actioned rods the Sharkwave GPX series is a heavier weighted line to help load up the rod during the cast.
