New Platypus Jigging-Braid ™ is a computer monitored braid that is stronger than steel!

Computer monitored braiding achieves an ultra tight weave of 100% Ultra
High Molecular Weight PE (Dyneema™/Spectra™) gelspun fibres in an eight carrier configuration.

Eight carrier braids are the premium end of the braid spectrum, most Japanese braids are eight
carrier, whereas inferior braids use only three or four.

Ultimate fish targeting – fish exactly where you want using the measured colour sections. Jig and
fish with increased confidence, at the exact depth where the fish are. Trolling with more
control by keeping your lure spread exactly where you want it behind the boat.

Ultimate Sensitivity – near zero stretch so you feel every bite, tap or bump… providing sensitivity
and control that monofilament fishing line can’t match. Unlike fused gelspun lines, it has zero
memory for better control.
