New Dragonfly models under $399!

Offering a mix of DownVision, CHIRP DownVision sonar, Dual Channel CHIRP sonar, new WiFish DownVision sonar, GPS and chartplotting, Raymarine’s incredible new Dragonfly models put the world’s best fish-finding technology on board small runabouts, kayaks and PWCs at an incredibly affordable price.

By including the CHIRP technology in their new 4.3” and 5” widescreen displays, and highly innovative Wi-Fish black box viewable on any size smart device, Raymarine has become the first marine technology company to offer such advanced fish-finding capability in units that start at under $399!

The new Dragonfly units are available in a variety of models so users can select the one that best suits their needs.

All the new Dragonfly-4, 5 and Wi-Fish black box models feature Raymarine’s amazing CHIRP DownVision. This world-best sonar technology delivers crystal clear photo-like sonar images in every depth of water up to 180 metres.

“Wi-Fish Downvision is an exciting new Raymarine App that seamlessly connects Wi-Fi-enabled Dragonflys to smartphones and tablets,” says Mark Milburn. “Users can simply stream the images and information from their Dragonfly sonar to their mobile devices using the Raymarine Wi-Fish™ app. They can also rewind and capture sonar images to share online with fellow fishers. Future versions of this app will include return to fishing spot, using Smart Device GPS and Augmented Reality.”

Owners can also choose to have Dual Channel sonar, with both DownVision sonar and conventional sonar, which can target fish and bottom track at up to 275 metres; or choose models that include GPS chartplotting and even Raymarine’s clever new Wi-Fish Downvision Sonar.

Owners of GPS/chartplotting models can also choose Navionics, C-MAP by Jeppesen or Raymarine LightHouse Charts.

With a choice of 4.3inch and 5 inch screens, the new Dragonfly models come with a rugged ball and socket mounting system that makes them easy to position for optimal viewing. Their small footprint makes them ideal for kayaks, PWCs and small vessels where space is limited, and the all-weather optically bonded displays deliver brighter colours and sharper contrast — and are guaranteed never to fog up.

With four over-size button controls and intuitive 4-way cursor pad (great for cold hands and big fingers), the new Dragonfly units are easy to use, with owners simply dialling through display choices and set up options.
