To mark its 25th birthday Black Magic is introducing a new high-carbon steel ‘super’ hook called DX Point and manufactured in Japan. Most noticeable is the clever engineering of its ‘X’ shaped point. This provides four micro cutting edges which penetrate with ease, meaning more hook-ups. These beak-style hooks are coated with PTFE, a tough, non-stick surface used on a wide range of cookware. This reduces friction further improving penetration and greatly extending the life of the hook. Available in sizes 1/0-6/0.
