More Glowbite innovation

Glowbite have launched a new way to ignite your fishing passion.

Their subscription box service is called Fishing Innovators – join up and you get five new Glowbite lures each year as well as prototype lures and other tackle. Lures are couriered to you at the start of each new season along with videos of tips and tricks for using each innovation. A regular subscription package costs just $10 per month and delivers more than $160 of value over a year.

Company Director, Wes Braddock says that he is excited about the launch of Fishing Innovators because it will strengthen the connection that Glowbite has with customers.

“Fishing Innovators will ensure that each new innovation our company releases will immediately be delivered to members of the fishing community who want to be at the cutting edge of tackle technology,” says Wes.

“Our new products will also be supplied via all our retail partners in the usual way, but adding Fishing Innovators will increase the level of development that you see from Glowbite in years to come”.

Along with the subscription box service, Glowbite has created a new website and Facebook community so that subscribers can be part of the discussion that takes place as a new lure is being created, and can give instant feedback when they use new designs.

When asked how the company will come up with five new lures each year, Wes is adamant that this is the best part of the new venture.

“Glowbite already has a year’s worth of new designs that are waiting to be refined and tested, and our experience is that many keen fisho’s also have their own prototypes that they would love to develop. This new service will enable that to happen.”

To get the ball rolling, Fishing Innovators is running a competition to design the winter 2020 Glowbite Lure. Entry is open to all Fishing Innovators subscribers who want to submit drawings or prototype photos of the type of lure that they would like to see in their subscription box and on shop shelves in June 2020. The winner receives a number of benefits, including the rights to name their new creation and a charter boat trip for two to test it out for the first time.
