Good line management is critical for longer casts with less tangles – and the Japanese-made J-Braid 4 has all the qualities required.
In addition to being soft, supple and strong, and having excellent abrasion resistance, its smooth, round-profile design wraps neatly and evenly onto reel spools.
Suited for spin and overhead reels (available in single-fill and bulk spools), J-Braid 4 is colour-fast and available in yellow and multi-coloured versions. This last is metered in ten, five and one-metre increments, making it ideal for offshore applications such as jigging and popping.
Daiwa’s multi-coloured J-Braid is available in PE2 (10kg/20lb) to PE8 (80lb/37kg).
Distributed by Brittain Wynyard, Auckland, and available through stockists nation-wide.
