Due to strong company growth, it has an exciting new vacancy for a customer service whizz who can deliver unparalleled front-line service to clients and effective administrative support to its sales team.

The Sales Support position plays a critical role in the customer experience at Mariner Marine Insurance, it will require someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong desire to learn. The successful applicant will be responsible for taking and processing calls from clients, assisting with sales over the phone and responding to queries, managing accounts and working with clients to meet objectives, answering queries via email, telephone and provide first line client support.

Mariner are looking for someone with experienced in sales and support, excellent organisational skills, superior verbal and written communication, a strong desire to learn and develop skills, and a keen interest in boating.
