Humphree trim systems

Volpower NZ Ltd is the appointed the agent for Humphree within New Zealand and the South Pacific and will have its latest technology on display at this year’s show.

Humphree was the first company to introduce a bolt-on product series for vessels and through the years Humphree have developed a strong portfolio of innovative use of interceptors; systems for optimising vessels’ running trim, advanced ride control systems reducing pitch and roll motion and steering alternatives to waterjet bucket deflection.

During recent years Humphree has successfully installed a number of fin-stabilising systems integrating the transom interceptors in a complete system providing stabilisation in both pitch and roll with reduced fuel consumption. The unique competence in hydrodynamics and electric drive control have given the ability to offer a new generation of electric actuated fins.
