The Edge Fishing New Zealand Fillet Knife is an ideal tool for fishermen this summer. The sharp 20cm blade is designed to make filleting as efficient and comfortable as possible. Each blade is laser cut from German stainless steel, heat treated, quenched, sub-zeroed and double tempered for a superior edge that is tough, easy to sharpen and corrosion resistant. The blade is then fitted with a rubberised thermoplastic elastomer non-slip handle for comfort and safety.
