Daiwa 18 Exist LT

Daiwa’s new flagship spinning reel, the 18 Exist LT, features the Light and Tough concept, reducing reel size while at the same time increasing strength and power. The Monocoque one-piece magnesium body uses a one-piece frame with no side-plate. This is replaced by the main drive gear and drive gear housing, which screws into the body, allowing for maximum gear diameter and rigidity.

The Magseal magnetized lubrication system avoids any friction, reduces dust or water intrusion, eliminating oil spray and improves reel life expectancy. It is incorporated in the line roller, drive gear bearings, and pinion. Other features include: new generation Tough Digigear; AL Airspool; ATD drag system and Air Rotor.
