Cal's Universal Reel Grease

Originally formulated by Californian reel upspec’ing company Cal’s 2-Speed Reel Conversions, this high-performance lubricant is marketed here by Okuma.

Fortified with PTFE and polymer, it promises maximum corrosion protection and exceptionally smooth drag performance, with little or no drag acceleration and superior heat and wear resistance.

Safe on all metals and common plastics, it reduces gear-train friction for easier cranking. Cal’s oil is also available.
