Burnsco returns to its roots

Burnsco’s new store in the heart of Westhaven Marina next to the Marina Offices is now open.  Burnsco’s journey started back in 1882 (named John Burns & Co Ltd).  Purchased in 1983 (named Burnsco Marine) by the current Macleod family, the new store is almost at the exact location where the Macleod family chandlery was located back in 1975 subsequently becoming Burnsco in 1983.

The new store is 70% bigger than the current Westhaven store in Gaunt street, and offers  marine, RV and outdoor equipment.  The increase in space will see a return for the RV accessories and equipment to the store after it being focused on Marine for the last 5 years.

With plenty of dedicated parking including space for boat trailers and RV’s, shopping will be easier for those on the go.  Our current friendly staff with unmatched experience and product knowledge will all stay the same and are looking forward to welcoming you into their new surroundings.

More information about the products that will be offered by Burnsco at the new Westhaven location can be found at www.burnsco.co.nz
