Bradley Smokers

Producing smoked gourmet food is getting within the reach of everyone with Bradley Smokers. Bradley products and accessories are designed to make great smoked food in the comfort of your own home, (and with the new portable propane smoker, your boat or favourite campground).

Whether you choose original or stainless, digital or portable, a Bradley Smoker gives you a self-contained, clean burning smoker that requires little effort. Bradley utilise a unique system of consistent temperature settings to avoid high-temperature gases, acids or resins that would distort the appearance or flavour of smoked foods. This means a great, smoked flavour with no aftertaste. With home made and many commercial smokers, there’s quite a bit of guessing and uncertainty when smoking food; the Bradley Smoker gives you perfect results each and every time through it’s advanced technology. A Bradley digital smoker is designed to give maximum control over your food smoking, allowing you to cold smoke, hot smoke & cook gourmet style that is fast becoming a very popular method of cooking.

The secret to the Bradley Smoker is the Bradley Flavour Bisquettes, made of compressed hardwood chips. A flavour bisquette is burned at a carefully controlled temperature once every 20 minutes producing a clean smoke flavour.
Wood that has been burning for too long, or at overly high temperatures will dramatically distort the flavour of the food being smoked and the taste can be acidic and bitter. However, using a Bradley Smoker and the Flavour Bisquettes, your meals will have that natural smoked taste every time.

The Bradley Flavour Bisquettes come in Alder, Apple, Cherry, Hickory, Maple, Mesquite, Oak, Pecan, and Special Blend flavours.

Bradley recently added meat cures to the product line-up. Salt curing is a tradition as old as the hills and was used in the early days for food preservation and to suppress the growth of bacteria.

Easy-to-use in either dry cure or as a brine liquid form, the cures come packaged in 28-ounce containers.

Bradley cures:
Demerara: Fish, Salmon, Octopus and Jerky
Maple: Bacon, Turkey and Chicken
Honey: Beef, Honey Cured Ham
Sugar: Sausages, Lamb, Wild Game Meat, Pastrami and Duck

And there’s a range of simple recipes on the Bradley website. Ranging from Smoked Duck to Pastrami Sausage, there is something there for everyone’s palette and experience.

Juicy maple-glazed smoked fish, rich and tender spare ribs, irresistible venison jerky … the list of delicious meals made at home in the Bradley Smoker is simply too long to name.
