1          CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES OF THE 45^th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:

THAT the minutes of the 45^th Annual General Meeting held on Saturday, 14^th August 2004 as circulated be accepted as a true and correct record of the meeting.

2          MATTERS ARISING:

3               REPORT BY THE PRESIDENT:

A Verbal report was given by K Ferguson in which he commented on the following - the current figures on this years balance sheet showed a slight profit for the year if the depreciation allowance amount was ignored and shows the club is operating within it’s income.

This years January Bonanza was very successful, with the good weather and sea conditions being and pretty good turn out by the public. It was pleasing to see some good-sized snapper weighed-in especially after lasts year’s poor results.

The committee has worked hard to make sure club facilities are kept up to scratch. The outside and inside received some paint (still some work to do on the outside). And the bunkhouse end wall and porch was repaired.

He also spoke about his health
