Bait - catching livebait

Tip to catch yellow tail bait fish. Bamboo rod, line same length as length of Bamboo, Taiwan lures bait catchers. Sit on wharf at sunset, Grate up a Potato sprinkle into water at feet, follow down with lures. I have no idea why yellowtail mackrel love a grated spud but it certainly works.
