Was out taking my local pastor and his wife (hes in his 70s) out for a snapper fish on Sunday and what did i HEAR??  89kg YFIN weighed in... pity it was on 37 as Rick Pollick (sounded like) said it would have gone close to the 24kg record!!!

Apparently first time angler, first time on leader and first for the boat!

Was weighed at Houhoura, check out the face book page couple great pics. Awesome fish.

Yea we had a fab time. Soft baits got completely outfished by a dropper rig and squid piecpieces.

Go figure. Epic fish. Dont think light gauge hooks would like that one ;)
