How to Win Fishing Competitions

I think virtually all fishers are competitive to some degree. None of us truly enjoy watching others catch more and/or bigger fish while our own rod and line remain lifeless. 

This is certainly the case for me, with my super-competitive spirit pushing me to fish longer and harder than my fellow anglers, whether that is with just one other person accompanying me on a small boat or fishing against hundreds of others in a contest.
