There relatively easy to make your own. Some 4x2, acrylic mirror and some spray paint.

not that easy they are weighted  in a special way that makes the wobble come on and attract fish

Not that difficult either. I added weight at the 1/3rd point, from the front e.g. if the total length of 4x2 is 600mm, add weight 200mm from the front. I drilled 3, 25mm holes alongside one another in the bottom of the 4x2, each 50mm deep. Fill holes with lead. Bingo, works a treat.
